Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage.
Your rights to return goods are protectedunder the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Unless otherwise stated all items may be returned for any reason (by you) within 28 days of purchase and will be refunded in full. Excluding Postage Costs.
Your refund will be paid within 7 working days of our receipt and inspection of the returned goods. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or described wrongly.
For faulty goods, please contact us for a returns number and to clarify returns procedures. Once issued, please return the goods via post. Once received, we will inspect the item(s). Should the item(s) be deemed faulty as described, we will issue a full refund within 7 working days, including your postage costs.
Please check the items you receive carefully prior to use. We cannot accept the return of items that have been wrongly described, supplied in error or supplied with missing parts once the item has been used.
Unless faulty, any goods returned must be in saleable condition - unworn (outside), unused, unwashed with tags and all the original packaging intact. Please contact us first for a returns authorisation and address. We cannot accept returned items that have not been authorised.
For items held in the post, in transit or delayed in delivery we will work with you attempt to retrieve the item or have it returned to us. We cannot issue refunds or make claims for items prior to them being deemed 'lost' (please allow 30 days). Once an item is tracked or signed for as being delivered we cannot be held responsible for any subsequent loss, delay or claim.
